I have also slightly updated 'Schema document' definition from what was
initially proposed under the defect description

Schema Document
A schema document is a model definition document that conforms to the [ref: XML
Schema http://www.w3.org/TR/2004/REC-xmlschema-1-20041028/#key-schemaDoc]
definition of the same name.
