As part of this bug fix, I changed all "inter-document" to
"interdocument" (in SML-IF) based on my research into technical style
guides. Both were present in the spec. If anyone disagrees, please enter
a new bug so it can be discussed.
Also, "inter-document" is still present in the SML spec. I assume that
these will go away as part of the move to the new term "SML reference"
so I did not edit the SML spec for this. (However, I could not find the
bug for this but I know we decided on this new term.)
