RE: Accessing latest editors drafts - CORRECTION

I am seeing the characters '―' appear in these drafts. I'm not sure is they were created in some other encoding. I'm guessing someone has seen this problem before. Any ideas?

I have checked in the SML and SML-IF spec drafts into the repository.
Both the latest copies of the spec drafts and the colored diff versions will be available from the CVS repository via the web interface.
