[smart-cities] GitHub repository is available now :) (was Re: [smart-cities] minutes - 17 February 2025)

Hi Smart Cities IG,

Based on the discussion during the first calls:
* Slot 1: https://www.w3.org/2025/02/17-smart-cities-minutes.html

* Slot 2: https://www.w3.org/2025/02/18-smart-cities-minutes.html

I've created a dedicated GitHub repository for the IG's discussion:
  https://github.com/w3c/smart-cities

As another action item for me, I'll add the information around the
existing resources from related SDOs on that repository as the basis
for our discussion on March 17.

Thanks,

Kazuyuki
