I can but I will need to remove the dependency, as the second question only appears if you choose 'Yes' on the preceding one. Personally, I think it would be fine if the second one appears all the time.

It doesn't seem to be an option in the free version, so you can choose None & another option if we want to offer the ability to choose multiple answers.
