Hello all, Thanks to those who were able to attend today's call. Minutes on the Web: http://www.w3.org/2013/04/01-site-design-minutes.html Our primary next steps have to do with gathering information about audience needs. People took these actions: Action Bev Corwin to suggest how to flesh out audiences / stakeholders http://www.w3.org/wiki/Headlights2013/SiteRedesign#W3C_Audiences Action Ian Jacobs to work with Bev on set of questions for external audiences to give feedback. Action Robin Ginn to write down baseline questions for (1) chairs and (2) members generally for internal interviews/survey within the membership Ian, meanwhile, has written to the W3C Systems Team about setting up some analytics for the next 2 months. We talked somewhat about search and analytics together, leading to this action: Action Ian Jacobs: to add explicitly search strategy and relation to analytics (for the _new_ site) to the wiki. Next meetings are being scheduled; see: Teleconference #2 - http://doodle.com/yiq7z6qt7qc84yid Teleconference #3 - http://doodle.com/rif76mqft424zc3y Thank you!
