AG Meetings and Items on GitHub

Hello,

There will be no formal Tuesday Accessibility Guidelines Working Group meeting the next three weeks (August 1st, 8th and 15th).  We will resume our meetings on August 22nd.

Your Actions for the next few weeks:

  1.  Please plan on attending a training session during the normal meeting time (11am US Eastern) on either August 8th or 15th.  We will be going over how the group will be using GitHub.
  2.   Please continue the conversation from this past week's meeting on the Guidance for Policy Makers as a GitHub Discussion<https://github.com/w3c/wcag3/discussions/6>.  If you have any trouble with this, we will talk about it as part of the training sessions.
  3.  Wendy had requested an overview on our approach to writing WCAG 3. We have that available on the WCAG 3 timeline<https://www.w3.org/WAI/GL/wiki/WCAG_3_Timeline> and more details at the bottom of our draft summer schedule<https://docs.google.com/document/d/1dMUwBqq5LYintI5xF5s3u6jTNnhb43PuQwR8-8kMSZU/edit#heading=h.z5r9gp6oigb7>.  Please email the chairs if you have concerns or suggestions.
  4.  We will be sending around a pull request on clear language exploratory guidelines and outcomes for review and comment. We will cover this in training as well.
