Minutes of the Silver meeting of 17 February 2023

== Summary ==

We reviewed the upcoming survey in AG on the guideline organization.

We reviewed and discussed the two conformance options proposals from the 
Editor's Draft.  We then started work on building a prototype of the two 
Conformance Options using the existing work on the Error Prevention 
Guideline. We wrote most of the placeholder text as a starting point.
