Minutes for Meeting of 3 February 2023

Note: IRC was down or unreliable during the meeting so the minutes are 
not strictly in order.  We minuted in another document and then pasted 
it into IRC when it came back up.

Summary: We reviewed a new writing process document that merged the 
prior work on the writing process with the new document maturity level 
process.  We then used the Captions document that was written during the 
Migration Exercise last year to write example of following the new process.

We then talked about a proposal that Janina is writing for APA on 
maintaining a list of outside experts that WAI groups could call on for 
accessibility questions on specific topics.
