[Issue Severity 2 subgroup], minutes, 26th October 2022, week 3

At the week 3 meeting, we had Joshue O’Connor join us a guest to discuss the Functional Needs Subgroup’s work and how we might be able to incorporate all 60 functional needs into our work. After some discussion, we decided to change our approach and, to reduce our scope for a proof of concept, use the 11 functional performance statements from EN 301 549 (PDF link—see page 105 if your browser doesn’t jump to that page: https://www.etsi.org/deliver/etsi_en/301500_301599/301549/03.02.01_60/en_301549v030201p.pdf?page=105).
