[wcag3-design]: Summary of week 3 meeting

Hey folks,
Today the WCAG 3 Design & Information Architecture group had its week 3
meeting. We discussed wire frames with possible tweaks for the normative
document and the how-to's. For next week we're hoping to have wire frames
for the methods.
