[Silver] Minutes of Silver meeting of 17 June 2022

Summary:

   - The group determined that Silver will not meet for the July 1st
   instance of the Silver call
   - Janina provided a report from the conformance options subgroup
   covering the summary of the use cases that will be presented in the Tuesday
   meeting.
   - The group did a dry run of the migration exercise to be undertaken in
   the Tuesday call
