CFC - Updates to ACT rule "Common Input Aspects"

Call For Consensus — ends 8th of June at mid-day Boston time.

The ACT TF has updated the “Common Input Aspects” overview, found at:  https://w3c.github.io/wcag-act/NOTE-act-rules-aspects/overview.html.  The specific changes/additions are sections 2.6, 2.7 and 2.8.
