[Equity] Minutes of Week1 Meeting of 18 July 2022

== Summary ==

We discussed goals for the group and agreed on the following:

Purpose: Help equity define the conformance model instead of conformance 
defining equity

Goals:

 1. Define equity
 2. How to evaluate the level of equity supported by the guidelines
 3. Identify the Challenges to equity
 4. Where the challenges are raised and might be addressed
 5. Structural ability to address issues raised on guidelines equity in
    a reasonable time frame
 6. Look at processes and how to minimize bias in processes

We reviewed a slide deck with an overview of Silver research pertaining 
to equity issues

and the prototypes of what has worked and what didn't work related to 
equity.

We agreed to present to AG by week 4 the current equity-related issues.
