[Accessibiity Support] Minutes of the meeting on 16 August 2022 (Week 5)

Summary:
- Checked in the ongoing documentation of use cases in Working document

   - Section 508 (US) and Overlay tools.
   - PDF will be added next week.
- Had a quick discussion on the overlay tools. Is it an AT or not?
- Need to figure out how we could address overlays in terms of the concept
of "Accessibility Support"
- Got started with Pros and Cons discussion, "Keep" vs "Not keep" the
concept for WCAG 3.
