[Equity] Minutes of Equity meeting of 1 August 2022

== Meeting 3 Summary ==

Minutes are sketchy because we primarily worked in the Draft Equity 
Framework <https://github.com/w3c/silver/wiki/Equity-Framework> document.

 1. We reviewed the definition bullet points and looking for known areas
    where we opinions differ.  The subgroup members have consensus, but
    identified known disagreements from the past.
 2. We added bullet points for Known Challenges and added notes.
 3. Identified Outstanding Questions

Homework: To polish the sections and add explanatory paragraphs in 
preparation for presentation to AGWG.
