This is not (completely) true, we directly try / tried to 'translate'
Success Criteria in Outcomes (as you've tried to break them into smaller
pieces too). That is exactly a 1-on-1 copy of our work with the same goal.

Only there now is the addition on top for units / test types /
Understanding doc text, which we stayed away from for now as we liked more
focus first.

For the rest the same although our 'form' of putting it in a spreadsheet
differs.
