[Errors] Meetings and work paused until January 2022

Hello, all.

Just to let you know that the Errors Subgroup will pause meetings and work on WCAG 3 content development for the next quarter while the Silver Taskforce and Community Group and AGWG work on structure and processes. We will check back in January 2022 and decide whether it makes sense to resume work at that time.
