We are not going to discuss the Error message postmortem tomorrow.  We 
received a number of emails asking us to postpone that discussion.  It 
was not our intent to hold a divisive discussion, but enough people 
think that a premature discussion could make matters worse so we are 
dropping it from the agenda.

Thank you and apologies to the people who made special arrangements to 
be at the meeting. Please enjoy your vacation and we will give more 
notice of a future  discussion.
