minutes from Silver meeting of 12 November 2021

== Summary ==

We discussed Github Issue 38 <https://github.com/w3c/silver/issues/38> 
which fits into the larger issue of representative sampling.  We agreed 
to take next steps of

 1. Add a summary and notes to the Github 38
 2. Contributing to the Use Cases on Representative Sampling

 3. Take a deeper look at theJIS X 8341 Conformance report

    that Makoto created and add notes to the GH Issue.
 4. Look at a proposal to splitting WCAG3 into separate documents.  The
    AG chairs agreed to to address it in the future.

We started discussion of Github Issue 304 
<https://github.com/w3c/silver/issues/304> which asked for us to include 
a user feedback mechanism as part of an accessibility statement.  There 
were comments pro and con in the Github issue.  We want to confirm that 
Maturity Model is addressing user feedback mechanisms, and if so, we 
will write a response in the next Silver meeting.
