RE: [Conformance] Agenda for Thursday 13 March

Full minutes are available at:
https://www.w3.org/2021/05/13-silver-conf-minutes.html

We continued reviewing use cases from our Problem Statement Draft<https://docs.google.com/document/d/1GyUYTnZp0HIMdsKqCiISCSCvL0su692dnW34P81kbbw> (Google Docs).

  *   New items discussed:
     * Public comments on proposed legislation
        * Process is not fully automated and there is a tension between:
           * requirement to post quickly and unaltered
           * requirement that government employee screens attachments (for malware, obscenity, PII, etc.) and agency requirement for attachments to be accessible
     *   Legal / court / legislative mark-up documents.
        * Visual presentational requirements are very particular, and not particularly obvious to lay people
        * Not clear that there are any good accessibility best practices for PDF, HTML, or ePub.
  * Continued discussion on "Bucket 4" items where we had not arrived at consensus
     *   Whoville (3A)
     *   Error on Login (2D)

Next week we will pick up with 4(A) five-point Likert scale.

We are also focused on May report to AG WG.
