Reminder of 4 May Silver call change and survey

We will be meeting with the Accessibility Guidelines Working Group 
(AGWG) on Tuesday 4 May 2021 to work on followup issues from last 
Thursday's meeting.  The meeting is 90 minutes later than the regular 
Silver meeting at 11:00 AM ET.  The meeting runs for 2 hours. Although 
the WCAG3 topics are scheduled for the first 90 minutes, the WCAG 2.3 
discussion is also relevant to WCAG3, because it involves shared 
timelines and resources.
