I would be in favor of moving the Friday Silver call earlier in the day. I worry about shutting out the US West Coast, but they have the Tuesday AG call at a more reasonable time for them (8:00am). So they would get one call that is at a reasonable time and the Friday call at a stretch time (6:30 am). I made a survey for the schedule of Friday meeting <https://www.w3.org/2002/09/wbs/94845/friday-meeting-schedule-2021-6/>. It has 9, 9:30 (as Wilco proposed) and the other hours of the day including the existing call time, 2:00 PM ET.
