[Clear Words] Minutes from the COGA and Silver Clear Words subgroup meeting on July 15, 2021

Hello COGA and Silver,

The joint COGA and Silver Clear Words subgroup met today, and the notes
from this meeting are available in our ongoing Google Doc:

From now on, all future communication will refer to this as the Silver*
Clear Language* subgroup.

   was well received by the group, and we are now working on bringing that
   work into the new Working Draft of the Clear Language Method

   We have only just started re-writing, but are using Lisa's draft and the
   best parts of the original draft together.

   - Continue working on revisions to the Detailed Description

   section, which we are now framing from the structure Lisa provided.
   - Clarify the definitions of "clear" and "easy to understand" and why we
   are using both.
