Minutes for Silver meeting of Tuesday 2 February 2021

   - Triage update
      - We have GitHub labels <https://github.com/w3c/silver/labels> in
      place that we'll use for initial triage and to create direct links for
      sub-groups to review the issues coming in specifically for their work.
      - Chuck will reach out to Michael for how we ensure we follow W3C
      Consensus process

      into how other groups manage this balance between responsiveness and
      consensus-approved communications.

      - What asynchronous collaboration processes & best practices do you
   use in your organizations? (not a tooling question)

      - Assigning people to follow communication channels
      - We definitely need more, please send ideas via email or whatever
      channel helps!
