Minutes: https://www.w3.org/2021/12/14-silver-reliability-minutes.html Summary: We continued discussion of edge cases around the example Outcome we are writing around Programmatic Language. We are trying to find an appropriate rule of when a language change should be signaled to a screen reader. * We have agreed that the word level is often too often. We have use cases where that is so. * We agree that blocks of text in a language foreign to the main language of the page should have a change of language. * Translation and Teaching a language need a language change more often than generic types of pages. * We are going to reach out to WAI-IG to ask for more use cases. We discussed feedback from MATF on the Method template work from last summer.
