Minutes of the Silver meeting of 6 April 2021

== Summary ==

* Makota presented the results of the survey from his seminar on WCAG3 
in Japan. He has translated the responses, reviewed the statistics and 
highlighted interesting comments.

* We discussed Option 8 on the Conformance Bronze Silver Gold levels 
options document

Most of the discussion centered around automated testing and if an 
automated testing level could be used for Bronze level.  There were a 
number of comments disputing different aspects of the option.
