## Summary ### TPAC Registration, by policy, is now open to Silver community group members. Some community group members are still having trouble registering. Michael Cooper is working on it, but it is not directly under his control. ### Decision Policy The formal Decision Policy is still under discussion and development. It is pretty close to done, and has been discussed a few times during Silver and WG meetings. Michael Cooper shared the two most recent edits. With the current rewrite, (1) the awkward term “sleeper objections” was avoided; and (2) examples were added showing how to memorialize decisions. Please see the full minutes (link below) for verbatim text changes. On the call, the Silver taskforce agreed unanimously to the edits and to the Decision Policy. Please expect a formal “Call for Consensus” (CFC) to the listserv. An email CFC is not our usual pattern for making decisions, but this is an important enough topic that the chairs want to take this extra step. ### Updates from subgroups Updated were provided by the various subgroups.
