== Summary == TPAC registration has opened. There is no charge for TPAC this registration this year because it is virtual. The Diversity Fund that supports people attending who otherwise could not is still accepting donations. The Silver group has joint meetings on 13 and 15 October. See the Silver at TPAC wiki page <https://www.w3.org/WAI/GL/task-forces/silver/wiki/Silver_at_W3C_TPAC_2020> for details. There will not be a Silver meeting on the TPAC week of 26 to 30 October, because we expect that WCAG 3 FPWD will be out for comments. There will be an all day Silver meeting scheduled for a time in November. We discussed edits to WCAG3 Editor's draft based on the comments at the AGWG meeting on 15 September. We agreed that we would not link to the Challenges document in WCAG3, but would consider linking to it in the Silver Requirements document. Several people were concerned that the text make clear that the Challenges document was not the work of the Silver group. The group agreed to wait and see how the sentence was phrased. We will work on new proposals for Tuesday meeting. We also discussed an Editor's note in the Evaluation section, which raised concerns about the specificity of testing solutions that we were exploring. There was general consensus to remove "sampling" and discussion about changing "not possible" to "not feasible, but others raised the concern that it focused on stable end content tested by users instead of the preferred approach for large organizations of building up test results. Again, there will be more word-smithing before Tuesday. == Minutes == https://www.w3.org/2020/09/18-silver-minutes.html
