Minutes of the Silver meeting of 15 September 2020

== Summary ==

  * We reviewed the changes to the WCAG3 Editor's Draft and a new GIthub
    branch with changes subsequent to the survey on Thursday.  There are
    new Methods for Text Alternatives, with more Methods coming.  We
    added the Outcome name. They are now shorter.
  * We discussed moving the Scoring tab from Method to Outcome. It does
    resolve the issues that Rachael found in testing and Jeanne saw in
    coding the tests. There were no objections to moving it. Jeanne will
    create a Github branch and send it out for people to review.  This
    proposal also might address Jake's concern about a "generic method".
    Charles wants to see Functional Categories included at the Outcome
    level instead of the Method.
  * Wilco raised a concern on percentage scoring, that it might be more
    difficult for tool makers than we have assumed.  Jeanne thought it
    was handled by the brackets of rating each outcome. We want to see
    the example.
