== Summary ==

We discussed the agenda for the virtual meeting Monday and Tuesday (9 & 
10 March).  We will have 2 2-hour call blocks each day for a total of 4 
blocks -- 8 hours total.  The blocks are spread out to allow 
international participation.  Tuesday PM block crosses the CSUN Keynote 
address by 30 minutes.

for the topics being discussed in each block.  Contact Shawn and Jeanne 
if there is a topic that is important to you that is held at an 
impossible time, and we will try to accommodate that.

We began to structure the discussion on Normative and Informative by 
creating a document with Normative Informative Pros and Cons

for having each level of Silver information to be Normative or 
Informative.  We started by discussing the extremes: All Normative, or 
All Informative.  We did not complete this document, but it is providing 
a structure for the discussion.
