The XR subgroup has completed the first draft of the User Needs required for Captioning in XR.

We have completed first drafts of the following stages:
0. Defining Captioning

We would appreciate it if people have the chance to look over this and comment on areas that they thing could be improved/altered in any way. We are fully aware that this is an iterative process and all comments and suggestions are welcome.
Can I ask that if you have any comments you please either email me directly or place them as issues within the Silver GitHub repository. Please pass on as much/little detail as you are comfortable in doing.
