Minutes from the XR subgroup meeting 8 June 2020

The XR group has taken the user needs for XR from different sources 
within W3C groups and entered them into a Github project 
<https://github.com/w3c/silver/projects/2>. In this meeting we started 
working through the user needs and deciding if they belonged in a 
captioning Guideline or in another guideline.  We will be starting with 
captioning.
