== Summary == * We discussed the latest editor's draft <https://raw.githack.com/w3c/silver/conformance-js-dec/guidelines/> with the new sections from the Conformance Subgroup. There are changes suggested to clarify the terms and highlight the difference from WCAG conformance structure. We reviewed the Point System <https://raw.githack.com/w3c/silver/conformance-js-dec/guidelines/#points-levels> and Sampling <https://raw.githack.com/w3c/silver/conformance-js-dec/guidelines/#sampling>sections. Suggestions to clarify the scope is broader than a web page, that it is site or product. * We agreed to extend the survey for 2 days and to clarify that there will be another survey before Silver goes to a vote (Call for Consensus (CFC)). Jeanne asks that all the subgroups please read the applicable survey answers for their area and start working on responses. Jeanne will create a spreadsheet so we can track the responses an the changes we are making. Jeanne will create a new Github branch for the changes. Jeanne & Shawn will attend the AGWG meeting on Tuesday with some answers to the comments. * The Clear Language subgroup reported that they had completed their first draft of the Guideline and now will start looking at the comments from the Silver CG and from the survey. Visual Contrast has proposed a new name for the algorithm: it will be called Advanced Perception Contrast Algorithm (APCA). That update introduced an error that broke the link to the the algorithm demo page. Jeanne will fix it right after the call. * We reviewed the new wireframe design for Clear Language. We want to add a brief description of the activity. We will look at the EO Roles work to see if they have language we can use to describe the activity on each tab. Further updates will go on the new Github branch to reduce confusion with the survey. == Minutes == https://www.w3.org/2020/01/31-silver-minutes.html
