Sorry this is late. == Summary == 1. Covered details of the face to face meeting next week. Remote Access information is now in the meeting wiki page <https://www.w3.org/WAI/GL/task-forces/silver/wiki/2019_September_16-20_in_Fukuoka,_Japan>, along with time zone info. US East Coast participants: Meetings start at 8:00pm the night before. 2. Leonie Watson wrote instructions for using email to manage Github issues. It is in the Silver email list and Jeanne copied it to the Silver "How Do I?" folder. <https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1zZUo3rsGlffzAOPTzJ3x587odLpC0pbi> 3. We discussed a proposal to standardize the language for phrasing functional needs. Different people have used different styles and we were trying to standardize on a style. The proposal is in the WCAG to Silver Migration Map <https://docs.google.com/document/d/1aCRXrtmnSSTso-6S_IO9GQ3AKTB4FYt9k92eT_1PWX4/edit#heading=h.fd17rscqblnm> near the top. We agreed to experiment with the proposal and the other styles going forward and have another discussion when we had some more experience using them. 4. We continued the discussion of audio control and interruption. We should have a best practice of identifying which function/app is using what sonicon (sonic icon) to mean what notification. There is an ADD use case that audio disrupts visual comprehension. 5. Started discussion of Low or No Background Audio. There was discussion if it should be included in Audio Control & Interruption, but agreed to wait until we had more Functional Needs done and then discuss them all. == Minutes == https://www.w3.org/2019/09/06-silver-minutes.html
