== Summary ==
1. Charter voting closed on Tuesday. There were more than enough votes
to approve the charter but there were Formal Objections. Formal
Objections are an important part of W3C Process. They are worked out
with W3C staff and management. The Accessibility Guidelines Working
Group (AGWG) will have to approve any substantial changes to the
charter.
2. The groups working on sample new content reported: Point of Regard
and Clear Words. Progress is being made.
3. The Explainer document is now partially in Github.
4. The Challenges of Conformance document has more content including
examples of specific WCAG 2.1 Success Criteria. Peter will be
presenting it to AGWG on Tuesday. Among other things, he will be
asking them if it should be put in Github in SIlver or AGWG area.
