== Summary == 1. Voting on the AGWG Charter ends on 8 October. W3C member organizations, please vote in favor of the charter. More votes are needed. Favorable remarks about Silver (in the Comments field) would be welcome. :) 2. Discussion on priorities for the First Public Working Draft (FPWD) in November. Priority is for content, not well developed processes. It will be productive to evaluate the processes after the FPWD. There is active work on enhancing MathML (and ChemML) for accessibility via the Digital Publishing (Dpub) WG, so we should not include work in those areas. Tuesday's Content meeting will have groups showing their work to date. 3. Jeanne attended a meeting of ACT to talk about testing in Silver. The group was interested and positive. THey have 49 rules completed, including: Page Titles, Language of Page, Image Alternatives, and Media (Video/Audio). They want to know how to help us. We are invited to join their calls (Thursday at 9:00AM ET) and send them our links to our drafts for them to look at. 4. We reviewed a new draft of Silver Explainer document to accompany the FPWD. An Explainer is a new "best practice" of W3C specifications. Jeanne took the recommended outline and started adapting it to Silver needs. We discussed what parts of the Requirements document should be included in Goals section. Jeanne is moving it into Github. == Minutes == https://www.w3.org/2019/10/04-silver-minutes.html
