== Summary == The Challenges with Conformance for Large, Complex, and / or Dynamic Websites & Apps <https://w3c.github.io/wcag/conformance-challenges/> document originated from the discussion in the Silver Conformance group and was developed by Janina and Peter with a number of contributions from members of large organizations. The document has been moved to Github in the AGWG repository and is scheduled to be presented to AGWG for publishing a first draft as a working group Note. Peter and Janina discussed the draft in the Silver meeting and received a number of suggestions and concerns from members of Silver. There was discussion of the purpose of the document. The group requested that before publishing: 1) change the title to "Challenges with Conformance and Testing" since the Silver Research identified more issues than just with large, dynamic and complex sites. 2) modify the "under construction" phrase because it gives an impression that large organizations ship untested code. There are better phrases to use that more accurately reflect the 3) Abstract or Introduction changes to state that the purpose of the document is to "to help us understand the problems more holistically so that we can build better solutions" 4) Explain that while we have focused on large and dynamic, the intention is to include more issues than just large and dynamic Several members pointed out challenges tthat were identified in the Silver research that aren't included in this document. Jeanne and Janina will work on getting more of the Silver research into the document.
