Silver Community Group members who are attending AccessU have a room at
the conference donated by Knowbility. We will be meeting on an informal
basis to work on Silver content in preparation for writing a First
Public Editors Draft.
We will be writing drafts of WCAG 2.1 success criteria following the
WCAG to Silver Outline Migration plan
<https://docs.google.com/document/d/1aCRXrtmnSSTso-6S_IO9GQ3AKTB4FYt9k92eT_1PWX4/edit>.
These are the success criteria the Silver group have prioritized:
* Color Contrast (example of new research, merging levels)
* Timing (example of merging levels, potential for including new content)
* Alternative Text (different tests than true/false)
* Sensory Characteristics (ranked hard to learn in research study)
* Audio description (ranked hard to learn in research study)
* 1.3.3 (from original plain language prototype) is midrange
difficultly SC
* 2.2.2 (from original plain language prototype) is also a midrange
difficulty SC, but is very long Edit

For each WCAG SC:
1. User Needs - initial breadth
2. Tests - initial breadth
3. Evaluate and prioritize the difficulty (for including in FPED)
4. If doable, write Methods
5. If #4, write Guideline
Update Style Guide

we go.
