Face to Face meeting in Japan in September

The Silver Task Force and Community Group will be meeting in Fukuoka 
Japan as part of the annual W3C TPAC conference during the week of 16–20 
September 2019.  We don't have the exact days yet. All members are 
invited to attend.

This is an excellent opportunity for members in the Asia-Pacific time 
zones to participate in the Silver work.  By September, we will be 
writing content for Silver.  This means there will be many opportunities 
for people to work asynchronously or to work in small groups at 
convenient times and in convenient languages.  If you are interested, 
please consider attending TPAC.  Attending TPAC is *not *required for 
participation in the Silver project.
