Summary and Minutes of the Silver meeting of 30 August 2019

== Summary of Meeting ==

* Warning that some people with disabilities are experiencing problems 
with TPAC travel in Japan and reminder that people reconfirm their 
travel and travel needs.

* Meetings to arrange at TPAC include inviting AGWG to participate in 
the Silver meetings. AGWG will itself address Silver on Thursday 
afternoon.  Silver is invited to a meeting with APA and the Immersive 
Web group to discuss XR (AR, VR and more). We also wish to meet with ACT 
to work out some of the complex testing examples we have.

* We received an answer to the question of whether WCAG SC 1.4.5 still 
needs the example of Images of Text in Canvas, that Canvas supports 
fallback content.  Others noted that it is not so simple, that the 
content has to make sense in the context it is being delivered and that 
there are still user needs related to images of text.

* We refined and added to the functional user needs of 1.4.4 group and 
the 1.4.2 group

* We made suggestions for the list of measures of Silver Conformance for 
a feasibility study.
