We are trying to get a summary of all the proposals organized now. All the basic proposals are linked on the SIlver wiki in the Conformance section<https://www.w3.org/WAI/GL/task-forces/silver/wiki/Main_Page#Silver_Conformance>. We have asked everyone to write up the pros, cons, risks, and holes (missing elements) for each proposal so we can consolidate them into coherent documents that anyone can read. I want those documents to capture the essential points of all the email threads. Many members of the group -- including active participants like myself -- cannot read and follow the long email threads and need to have the essential issues and arguments summarized in an organized fashion.
