Shawn's schedule until October

A bit all over the place:

   - August 22 - 28: Vacation with little to no internet access or cell
   reception, so I'll miss all calls in that range. If someone else could take
   up running the WCAG content migration call, I'd appreciate it!
   - September 6: On a plane, I'll miss our call.
   - September 13: On another plane, to...
   - September 16 - 20: W3C TPAC in Fukuoka, Japan
   <https://www.w3.org/2019/09/TPAC/Overview.html>, where I'll lead and
   take part in all-day working sessions every day, so we won't have our usual
   calls - we'll post the call info for that week, though.
   - September 21 - 28: Vacation, 'cause I've never visited Japan. If
   someone else could take up running the WCAG content migration call, I'd
   appreciate it!
   - September 30: Probably out of office after getting home the previous
   day, so I can spend the day trying not to pass out at strange times.
   - October 1: Hopefully the rest of my brain arrives from Japan and I can
   work again.
