This is great. My only feedback / suggestion:

In this section on growth and participation, we should indicate that some of that growth was organic, and some of it was the direct result of recruiting effort from within the group:

Growth of Community Group Participation
Participation in Silver has increased from around 50 participants in September 2017 to 71 participants as of 9 February 2018.  Participation in task force meetings continues to increase with the majority of participants coming from the Community Group.
