    Quick context: We are working on a prototype for Conformance that will
    show the flow of testing, scoring, and levels using existing WCAG
    guidance.  We have a rough document of ideas to iron out the details of
    how a LEEDS-type conformance could work in Silver.

    We will discuss the potential categories to use for the prototype,
    matrix for determining points, the scales used in the matrix,  and the
    formula used to calculate the points.
