    sarah adds names and contact info to the list of contacts. That
    list is not public because it has names and contact info.

increasing participation

    Welcome to Rachael. We are looking for more people to join
    Silver TF. It's easier if they come from W3C member
    organizations, but we can have Invited Experts. Jeanne has
    ideas of people, but wants to get more people who are
    interested in the research aspects.

    jeanne: the challenge is that most interested people want to
    start writing Silver, and it is way too early for that. For
    now, we want to include people who are interested in supporting
    the research for Silver.
