Need to change text

Hello,

I just noticed a phrase that will be read in a way we didn’t intend. In the conformance model section it states, “

1. Allow for bugs and oversight by content authors, provided the impact of them is limited to users with disabilities.

I think this was intended to mean “provided these bugs have only limited impact to people with disabilities,”

What we said is that bugs are allowed if they only impact people with disabilities.

What do we need to do to change this?
