The ShExC grammar for importDecl is single-valued, but IMPORT EXAMPLE 2 - CIRCULAR IMPORT is multi-valued. Presumably, this should be two separate IMPORT statements.

Just getting started on updating my Ruby implementation to 2.1. What is the status of the spec? The CG page shows 2.0 as the latest report. but http://shex.io/shex-semantics/ says it’s a final report..
