[data-shapes] Pull Request: Definitions for dependency and stratification

afs has just submitted a new pull request for https://github.com/w3c/data-shapes:

Closes #687 - this is a general issue. Further work has been recorded in #767.

This PR puts in sub-sections for dependency and stratification into the abstract syntax section.
The earlier general definitions have some indentation and formatting fixes.
