[data-shapes] Add the Missing Titles to the Examples in the Core Document (#852)

YoucTagh has just created a new issue for https://github.com/w3c/data-shapes:

== Add the Missing Titles to the Examples in the Core Document ==
Some of the examples in the document have titles, while others do not. I think adding titles would improve the document's readability.

We need an automatic checker that can be used in the other documents as well.
